PDX BENEFITS — OFFLINE ENROLLMENT

1. Extract this ZIP. Open PDX-Enrollment.html in your desktop browser from your computer. It must be a local file, not a hosted web page. The browser must support WebCrypto. The form makes no network requests and does not store answers in browser storage. You may disconnect from the internet while using it.

2. Choose a unique draft passphrase of at least 16 characters. Keep it in your password manager or another safe place, separately from the draft. Do not use an email, bank, or other account password. There is no reset or passphrase recovery. James cannot open your applicant draft.

3. Complete the questions. Leave uncertain information blank. Use the same family ID for an employee and dependents. Include SSNs/bank details only when James has requested them. No medical history or supporting document upload is included.

4. Choose Prepare encrypted draft, then Download encrypted draft. Check that the .pdxdraft file was saved before selecting I saved my draft. Save often. Each download can create another version; keep track of the latest file. Everything in the form is included in the encrypted draft. Nothing autosaves. Lock/close clears the current form, and the form also locks after 15 minutes without activity. Unsaved changes will be lost.

5. To resume, open the HTML tool, choose your saved .pdxdraft, enter its passphrase, and select Open encrypted draft. To switch computers, move the tool and encrypted draft yourself and enter the same passphrase. There is no automatic cloud synchronization. Changing a passphrase only affects future saved files; older drafts retain the old passphrase.

6. Review the complete answers and confirm any SSN/bank numbers again. Keep an encrypted draft for yourself. Choose Prepare encrypted final packet, then Download final packet for James. The .pdxenroll final packet uses James's existing recipient public key. Only his corresponding private key can open it. It cannot be reopened by the applicant form.

7. Return the final packet using only the restricted company-specific destination James has arranged for you. Do not upload it into the public review page or GHL, or send it through a route that copies attachments into the CRM. No return folder is embedded in this package. Creating or downloading a packet does not deliver it, confirm receipt, authorize a bank withdrawal, submit to a carrier, or activate coverage.

The new final-packet format needs the matching PDX Enrollment Reader on James's Mac; the earlier SSN/bank-only importer will reject it. Complete a synthetic handoff/read test with James before using the new workflow for live applications.

Encryption protects saved files. Answers are visible while the form is unlocked. Protect your device and passphrase. Browser extensions, screenshots, operating-system memory and device backups are outside this tool's controls. It is not a HIPAA or BAA certification. No application data or secret belongs in filenames.
